The Lake Country Online Summer Festival is a great way to keep your piano students motivated during summer! Students audition via video any time during the month of July. Students receive comments from skilled judges as well as a medal. Download the application materials below!
K-88 Festival

The purpose of the Lake Country K-88 Vocal Solo, Piano Solo and Ensemble Festival is to provide a gentle, positive adjudicated experience for piano and voice students of all ages who are studying with a teacher who is a member of the Lake Country Music Club. The goal is to foster excellence in musicianship and teaching in the Lake Country Area.

Vocal or piano students perform one piece of repertoire. Memorization is optional, and repertoire may be selected by instructors. The K-88 festival can be a great first adjudicated experience, a great incentive for students to polish up their pieces before Federation State, or a great addition to the year's opportunities for students who are motivated by festivals.

Students in grades preschool through eighth grade receive medals, while students who are grade nine through adults receive certificates.
Baroque Festival

2024 Registration Deadline 10/15/24
The Lake Country Baroque Festival is open to students of any southeastern Wisconsin teacher who wish to play Baroque Piano Solos. Membership in LCMC is not required. Students may enter as competitive or non-competitive participants. Competitive entrants will be judged against others in their age division. Judges will select first, second, and third place in each division. All performers will perform two selections before a judge and will receive a certificate of participation as well as a rating sheet with the judge’s comments.
